Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy may be appropriate for individuals looking to support recovery, healing or overall wellbeing. Every person is different, and suitability is determined following a comprehensive nurse-led assessment.

HBOT may be considered for people who are:

  • Recovering from illness, injury or surgery (alongside their medical care)
  • Looking to support wound healing or tissue repair
  • Seeking support for recovery following physical activity or sport
  • Looking to optimise general health and wellbeing
  • Interested in supporting healthy ageing and overall vitality
  • Exploring supportive therapy as part of a personalised health plan

Before treatment, we will review your medical history, current health, medications and treatment goals to ensure HBOT is safe and appropriate for you.

If required, we may recommend that you speak with your GP or consultant before beginning treatment.

If you’re unsure whether Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is right for you, please contact us by phone or email. We’ll be happy to answer your questions and advise whether an assessment would be appropriate.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is safe for many people, but it is not suitable for everyone. Before treatment, every client completes a comprehensive nurse-led assessment to ensure HBOT is safe and appropriate.

HBOT may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions, including:

  • An untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
  • Certain lung conditions or active chest infections
  • An inability to equalise pressure in the ears or sinuses
  • Certain ear conditions or recent ear surgery
  • A current fever or acute illness
  • Certain medications that may not be compatible with HBOT
  • Some recent eye procedures or specific eye conditions
  • Pregnancy (unless under specialist medical guidance)
  • Other medical conditions that require further assessment before treatment

Not every condition prevents treatment, and many people can safely undergo HBOT following appropriate assessment or medical clearance.

If you have any questions about your medical history or whether Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy may be suitable for you, please contact our team by phone or email before booking. We are always happy to discuss your individual circumstances.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. The number of sessions depends on your health history, goals and the reason for treatment. Following your consultation, we’ll recommend a personalised treatment plan based on your individual needs.

Yes. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is intended to complement, not replace, your existing medical care. Where appropriate, we may liaise with your GP, consultant or other healthcare professionals to ensure your care is coordinated.

Our Hair Restoration Programme begins with a comprehensive consultation to assess your hair loss, medical history and overall health.

Not all hair loss has the same cause, and treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Where necessary, we may recommend further medical investigation or referral to your GP or specialist before proceeding.

For suitable candidates, we provide personalised regenerative treatment plans designed to support scalp health and encourage healthier hair growth.

Our regenerative aesthetics service focuses on supporting healthy skin using evidence informed treatments such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Polynucleotides and Microneedling. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual skin concerns and goals.
