We understand that circumstances can change and that you may occasionally need to rearrange an appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client and helps cover the time and preparation involved in providing an appointment-only service.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 10% of the appointment value.

Missed appointments

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may incur a charge of 30% of the appointment value.

Where products or consumables have been specifically prepared or opened for an individual treatment, additional costs already incurred may also need to be considered.

Prepaid courses and packages

Payments for services already provided are non-refundable.

Refunds for prepaid courses or packages will be considered individually, taking account of services already received, products or consumables supplied and any applicable package terms. Where appropriate, a clinic credit may be offered.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that genuine exceptional circumstances occur and these will always be considered fairly.

If you need to change an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
